Ordering

These items will ship within 1-5 business days of your order. Occasionally, products are oversold. In this case, orders are fulfilled in the order they are received. Items in your shopping cart are not reserved. Processed orders are subject to payment acceptance and availability.

We may require additional personal information in order to verify identity. In the event that additional information is required, we will make multiple attempts to contact you via email, and await a response within 48 hours. The order is subject to cancellation if there is no response from the customer within 48 hours.

Shipping

All packages are processed for shipping within 1-5 business days of your purchase. Estimated delivery is to be used as a guide only. Delays are not the responsibility of Hello, Old Days.

Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in Philippine Pesos (₱) and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in pricing, or suspected fraudulent activity.
