Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing may take up to 5 business days.

Delivery Time

  • Metro Manila: 2-4 business days
  • Luzon: 4-6 business days
  • Visayas & Mindanao: 5-7 business days

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated based on your location and will be displayed at checkout. We offer free shipping on orders over a certain amount (check at checkout for current threshold).

Return Policy

Eligibility

Important: You have 7 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return or exchange.

  • Original packaging intact
  • No signs of wear, damage, or alteration

Return Options

Store Credit Only: Due to the nature of our drop model, we do not offer refunds. Returns will be processed for store credit, which can be used toward any future purchase.

Exchange Options

Size exchanges will be offered only if the requested size is available. We will do our best to accommodate your exchange request.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  1. Log in to your account and go to your order history
  2. Select the order you wish to return
  3. Click "Request Return" and follow the instructions
  4. Pack the items securely with all original packaging
  5. Ship the return package to the address provided

Additional Information

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • Store credit will be issued once the returned item is received and inspected
  • Please allow 5-7 business days for processing after we receive your return
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns
