Processing: Orders are typically shipped within 1–4 business days (excluding pre-orders).
Availability: Placing an item in your cart does not reserve it. Orders are only confirmed after payment is accepted and stock is verified.
Verification: To prevent fraud, we may email you to verify your identity. If we don’t hear back within 48 hours, your order will be cancelled.
2. Shipping & Delivery
We ship all packages within 1–4 business days. While we provide estimated delivery times, Hello, Old Days is not responsible for courier delays.
Metro Manila: 2–4 business days
Provincial: 5–7 business days
3. Pricing & Payments
All prices are in Philippine Pesos (₱) and may change at any time.
We reserve the right to cancel orders for reasons such as incorrect pricing, out-of-stock items, or suspected fraud.

At Hello, Old Days, we want you to love what you bought! If something isn’t right, here is how we can help.
When Can I Get a Refund?
You have 7 days after receiving your order to request a return if:
The item is damaged or defective.
You received the wrong item.
The item is very different from the description.
Note: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached.
What Cannot Be Returned?
Items marked as "Final Sale" or bought during special promos.
Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged by the customer.
Items missing their original tags.
How to Start a Return
Message us: Send a DM to our Instagram @helloolddaysco.
Details: Include your Order ID and the reason for the return.
Photos: If the item is damaged, please send clear photos.
Ship it back: Once we approve your request, we will send you instructions on how to return the item.
Processing & Shipping
Refund Time: Once we receive and inspect your item, we’ll process your refund within 5–7 business days.
Shipping Costs: If we sent the wrong item or it arrived damaged, we pay for the return shipping. For all other returns, the customer covers the cost.
